Pusher Spring Love

Spring is here! The sun is shining and that calls for a new spring time OOTD!
It's time to get out your skirts and sheer tops and show off some skin. I love the spring time and all the colours. Light pastels and cute shorts are in order for this years spring wardrobe. Today's outfit is cute and adorable and perfect for the spring weather.

I brought out my knee high flared skirt from the Joe Fresh collection a few years back. I paired it with my favorite silk collared shirt from Jacob and a new Blue/Gold necklace from Suzy Shier

Some accessories I added to this look are my sequence belt from Jacob and my faux fur collar from H&M

For my shoes, I wore my ankle boots from Spring, which is perfect for the SPRING time!
(Hope you get my little joke there)

I want to give a shout out to my wonderful photographer my mom! I love to drag her outside and force her to take pictures of me and my outfits, but they always turn out amazing! Love you mom.

I hope you enjoyed this cute spring OOTD!

Layering Up For Fall

Fall is here and all those warm sweaters and all that layering is a must for that fall weather. This outfit is a perfect example for layering things that you never actually thought you could.

I layered a sequins collard long sleeve shirt from Forever21 for $25.00CAD with a cropped knitted sweater from Forever21 for $29.00CAD and just folded my sleeves a little and also added a big chunky bracelet. I also found this thick pair of high waisted tights on sale from The Bay for $40.00CAD. I love these tights I found and the are perfect for the fall because they are thick and I can still wear cropped shirts with them with out freezing my butt off!

I also added this thick belt just to add a little more. I got this belt as a gift but it was from Aldo.

Having that little bit of sparkle can add more glitz to your outfit. Everyone needs a little sequins in their outfits!

Hope you enjoyed this OOTD!

Pretty In Pink

This a new OOTD that is more on the classy side.
I got this new skirt as a gift and I wanted to wear it so bad, and I finally did. I put together this cute outfit for church this past Sunday and it is one of my favorite outfits I have ever put together. My silk shirt is from Jacob and it was $15.00CAD and my skirt was a gift but I know it was from Maciano.

I love how this skirt is pleated and has a sheer overlay from the light pink underneath. It comes up to my knees and I find the length perfect for me. I paired it with some studded flats and a collar necklace to complete this look.

I got this choker from Aldo for $20.00CAD.

I hope you enjoyed this cute outfit!

Wedding Fever

This is a new make-up look I created that would be amazing for a Indian/Cultural or a traditional wedding. These two looks are completely different because every girl is different and every girl has a different make-up routine. These two looks I created are great for those bridal pictures and emphasize anyone's natural beauty.

This first look is perfect for a Indian/Cultural wedding. Depending on what you are wearing, the eye shadow colors can differ. Adding a dark contour color for the crease can really complement the eyes and really shape the eyes. I have a video you can check out on my YouTube channel that shows you how I contour and highlight the eyes. To make this look even more beautiful, adding a medium/thicker "cat eye" liner look with fake lashes can take the smokey eye even further.

With a heavier eye you want to still keep it as natural on your wedding day. I did a very natural highlight and contour all over the face to bring out the natural features.

This is a beautiful more natural look for a traditional wedding. With the eyes, use more natural skin tones to bring out the eyes more.

Using more earth tones can really make that natural look even more beautiful. Keeping the liner on the thinner side and adding fake lashes can easily complete this more natural bridal look. For the lips, a very natural/glossy lip would look perfect and complete that natural look for your big day!

Tips for Bridal Make up
If you are going for a more natural look, you still have to add a little more than what you would wear on a normal day. Packing on the make up isn't a bad thing in this case because in pictures or in videos, the camera doesn't pick up as much as you think. With adding a bit more eye shadow or darkening your liner, that can make a big difference to how your pictures will turn out. It might feel like you have a lot on, but in your pictures it will look flawless!

I hope you enjoyed this special make up look!

Still Enjoying The Sun!

This month has been amazing to me so far and the weather is also a part of that. The sun has not disappointed and had done its job coming out everyday and making each day more beautiful than the last. Today's outfit was airy and something I quickly put together last minute before I had to rush out the door.

With a rustic feel I felt a little collage would be in order for you guys to get an idea of today's outfit.

I wore a long sleeve collared jean shirt I bought from Winners for $39.99CAD. I tied it about half way so I could pair it with my maxi skirt. I got this polka dot maxi skirt from Forever21 for $24.00CAD.

I got this choker necklace as a gift, but I wear it with everything collared. I love this look and have been wearing it all summer. I love that little extra it adds and I think it completes the outfit.

I decided to braid my hair today and did this cute french braid that goes behind my head. It was cute and simple and really easy to do. I wanted to do something a little different than just putting my hair in a ponytail so I decided to do a quick braid.

I hope you enjoyed this look for today!

Another Summer Haul

I did some shopping for the past few weeks and decided to show some new things I found! It is almost time for fall and "back to school" shopping is everywhere. Fall clothing is my favorite season for style and I am loving what the stores are getting in stock.

I found this really cute bird printed collared shirt from Forever21 for $25.00CAD. I love the flow to this shirt and the bat wings for the sleeves. For me it is a perfect length it is not too long and not too short. I am 5'4 so that probably makes a difference. This shirt is great for going into fall because it is a long sleeve and has a great print that you can easily pair with anything!

My next buy I think everyone should add to their closet, a jean shirt. I found this shirt at Winners Ralph Lauren for $39.99CAD. The price I wasn't so happy about but the shirt fits my body really well and I like the feel of it so I thought it ended up being a good purchase.

This is so easy to put over some shorts and a top or tuck it in with a pair of jeans. A jean collared shirt can easily go with anything and adds some style to your closet.

I love the detail on this shirt and how it already looks worn out and the color is a little faded, and don't be scared to add jean on jean it turns out to be a really cute outfit!

I have been looking for a hat like this for a while and I finally found it at H&M for $14.95CAD. This is great for the fall time to add something more to your outfit or just having a bad hair day.

(Another view of the hat)

My last find were these amazing skirts from H&M for only $6.95CAD each. In the basic's section of H&M these skirts are made from cotton and so comfortable to wear. The length is perfect and there are so many different prints and colors to choose from.

I got a mustard yellow color and a stripe one just to have some choice when I want to wear one of these amazing skirts.

I hope you enjoyed these finds and it always pays off to do some bargain shopping, you never know what you will find. Even though some of the stores are huge, it pays off taking your time and looking around.

Busy Summer

July has been an amazing month for me so far. I have been busy with so many different things I had no time to actually do some OOTD's or show what amazing stuff I have bought this month. School is almost done for me and I am so excited to start my life! After school is done for me I am thinking of starting a YouTube channel, let me know what you guys think!!! I want to show more looks and show more of my personality through making videos more than blogging (even though I love it)! But anyway, I did two looks from yesterday and today just to spice things up a bit.

This is just one of the new things I got from this month of shopping. I love this maxi dress and the fit of it. I could not believe the price of it and I had to buy it because it was such an amazing deal. I went to the states to do some shopping and I picked up this Maxi Dress for $6.99US at Ross. THAT PRICE IS AMAZING! I wanted to pick up another maxi dress that was printed and fit me in all the right ways, and this dress did that for me. Doing a little bargain shopping can make you end up with money saved and some beautiful pieces to add to your wardrobe.

Pairing this with a cute necklace and sandals can make this look a little more stylish than it already is!

I got this beautiful necklace from Aldo for $20CAD. I can easily match this with any look and I love the design of it.

Today I went a little more conservative because of the weather today. It was cloudy with a little showers so I wore a Maxi skirt with this button up collar shirt, wearing my necklace again! My top is from Forever21 for $24CAD and my skirt is also from Forever21 for $20CAD.

I wore these wedges I bought from the Nine West Outlet in the states that I bought for $30US! They are so comfortable and perfect for the summer!

I added silver accessories to this outfit for a little change because I usually go for the gold!

I hope you guys enjoyed this post and please feel free to leave a comment or subscribe to my blog!
I would love some feedback on ideas for future blogs.

Couture Style With Killer Boots!

I have come across some brand new styles I have never thought in my life would look well together, especially with these boots. I don't wear these boots often only because I never knew how to style them. Having knee high boots, it's kind of hard pairing them with a pair of jeans or tights (Because they buckle at the top) or even with a skirt (Without looking "slutty"). I came across the 2009 issue of Nylon Magazine with Lindsay Lohan, and fell in love with a look similar to this one.

For a night out in the summer, this look would be daring and bold but well worth it!

Pairing these boots with a cute pair of shorts can make this look more wild! The style of these boots is that I can fold them as well, but I prefer them as high as I can get them. Pairing it with a cute top and a vest (Which is optional) you can complete this daring couture look.

And for those chilly nights, I added a baggy blazer type shirt just to add some pattern and color.

My makeup is very simple. In the summer I don't wear a lot of makeup especially on hot summer days because I would just sweat it all off. I do like the bold color lip and in this look I am wearing Lickable by MAC.

Remember, being bold is being beautiful and wearing these boots will be one bold move!

Where Did The Sun Go?

Hello again! Sorry I haven't been posting as many blogs as I would like to be posting right now, I am swamped at school. But now that school has calmed down again I can concentrate on my blog more! It is already June ( I don't know where all the time went) and summer is around the corner! The weather here in Vancouver is not cooperating with anyone right now, so it has been rainy/cloudy for a bit now. Today's outfit was appropriate for the weather outside and it still kept me warm.

I dis some shopping a few weeks ago to update my summer wardrobe and I picked this pretty cropped stripe blazer. I love it because I notice I have a lot of high wasted things in my closet and having a cropped blazer gives me a more flattering shape rather then wearing a long sweater.

Pastel colors are in this summer, so I paired this look with a coral pleated high wasted maxi skirt and a tank top underneath my blazer.

I got this choker necklace a few weeks ago and I love it for the summer! Gold goes with everything and I wear this necklace almost everyday.

My makeup I kept simple and added a bright red lip (MAC Russian Red). I love this look for the summer because its natural and wont really sweat off on those hot summer days.

Wardrobe:
Blazer: Macy's $35.00US
Top: Delia's $15.00US
Skirt: Forever21 $24.99CAD
Necklace: Forever21 $15.00CAD

Hope you enjoy this look!

Patterns For The Summer

I love patterns, but I sometimes have trouble matching them together. This outfit is new and I love it! It is so breathable and easy to wear out on a beautiful summer day!

I did some bargain shopping this past week and found some great summer outfits! Now I have a good summer wardrobe that I can mix up and actually look nice.

Stripes can go with almost anything, so i paired it with this coral polka dot one piece. This is a great outfit for a night out or even just for the day. Both pieces are super comfy and versatile.

This one piece is sleeveless and easy to move in. I find it hard to find one pieces that are either too long or not fitting the way I want them to fit. But this piece fits me perfectly and I find it so comfortable.

The back on this is so pretty. it opens up and shows a little back just for a little taste.

My mom and sister bought me this gorgeous studded gold bracelet.  I fell in love with this and now I wear it with everything!

My makeup I kept really natural with a pop of lip by Giorgio Armani 40. I recently got a new face powder by Korres. It is called the Mineral Foundation Finish Powder in Amber. I love this powder and it gives a little more coverage after I apply my foundation which I like and it is all natural.

Wardrobe:

Blazer: Macy's $35.00US
One Piece: Urban Planet $20.00CAD
Studded Bracelet: Forever21 $10.00CAD
Clutch: Forever21 $25.00CAD

I hope you enjoyed this look!
