Love For Patterns

For the love of patterns.
Patterns are a staple piece in your wardrobe and can take a simple outfit and turn it into something different. Whether it's a patterned shirt, bag, or even pants having them is a big staple piece.

In this outfit, I chose my pants as my staple piece. These beautiful printed jogger pants are from American Eagle. These pants are so comfortable and breathable for the summer.

With these pants I paired them with a simple crop top with a little color to make this outfit stand out.

For accessories I added gold pieces a bowler hat and some ankle boots to complete this look.

This is one of my favorite summer outfits
Enjoy <3

No Pants Needed

Welcome to today's outfit of no pants. Yes there is snow outside, but who cares! Fashion has no limits. Today's look is quite simple with key pieces you can easily style with multiple outfits.

I have on a baggy button up studded shirt on from ZARA that is very comfortable and easy to style. I put a long cardigan from American Apparel and my faux fur scarf from H&M to complete this look.

My knee high boots are from Nine West which I love to wear with every dress especially during the winter.

Hope you enjoyed this look!

Take Me Home

Hello loves, here I am with yet another style post for today's OOTD. It is getting colder and colder over here and wearing just a vest isn't going to cut it anymore. I need some heavy duty warmth to keep me warm this coming winter, so that's what my next hunt is for a warm winter jacket!

Today's look was just a simple outfit I put together for this gloomy weather. My friend gave me her jean shirt from H&M and I am already wearing it. It is so comfortable and really easy to move in, which I love. I just paired this outfit with some plain black skinny jeans and boots to complete it.

With this collared shirt I just added a choker necklace from Aldo to add a little something extra. I also wore my favorite beanie just because I was having a bad hair day.

This leather vest was originally a jacket from H&M. I cut the sleeves off because I found them to long and turned it into a vest. I found that I am getting way more use out of it and love the way it looks now.

Fall is all about layering so layer away!

My lips I decided to go dark so I used Cyber by MAC

I hope you enjoyed this look!

Staying Classy

Another Outfit of The Day for you guys from me! Today was a colder day than any other day so far so I was really chilly with what I was wearing. But, I was inside for the most part so it didn't really bother me. I had another nice day running around with my mom and decided to take some pictures in a random park we found.

I felt like wearing a cute dress today so I decided to put on this H&M dress I got a few years back for $39.95CAD. I love wearing patterned tights and I have had this stripe pair for awhile. I don't remember where I got it from but I am guessing Forever21 (They have great different patterns for a great price).

I added my faux fur vest from H&M for $39.95 over my dress to keep me warm and to add more shape to this dress because this dress doesn't have much shape to it.

To keep my head warm, I have my round hat also from H&M for $14.95. I love having this hat for those bad hair days, it does wonders.

I got these new fall ankle boots from Spring for $50CAD and I love them! They are really comfortable to walk around in and I love the sequence on the back, it adds some sparkle.

I hope you enjoyed this look!

Graduation!

All my hard work has payed off! Yesterday was my last day at school and my graduation! It was an amazing and hard ten months, but I am so happy and proud of myself that I am done now and sent off to the real world.

"So whether you dream of true love, or success, Of knowledge, world travel, or sweet, simple pleasures, believe in your hopes and your heartfelt desires, and follow their pathway to wonderful treasure."

Today, I spent this amazing day with my mom celebrating even more and the day isn't even over yet! My outfit, I kept simple and a little more on the warmer side because of the cloudy weather today.

I wore my pink silk collared shirt from Jacob for $15.00CAD and my floral trousers from H&M for $10.00CAD. We were walking around a lot so I wore my favorite comfy studded flats from Nine West for $30.00US.

The silk shirt is normally a long baggy shirt, but I just buttoned it half way to make it a cute crop top for high-waist-ed bottoms.

I just added a little choker I got as a gift to add a little final touch. You gotta add some love to your outfit sometimes.

My dog always likes to join in on the fun sometimes!

I hope you enjoyed this look!
Look out for a YouTube post coming soon!

Lovely Vancouver

I recently was in Vancouver for two days and had an amazing time! My aunt came down from Australia and my family and I decided to stay a night in the Pan Pacific Hotel in a beautiful suite. Lets just say that hotel is amazing and I would love to go back there some day and recommend any tourist to stay there!

(The view from my room)

I absolutely love the night life in Vancouver and I had an amazing time with my family there. We went to Granville Island and ate at Bridges. The food was really good but the thing that was a little confusing was their menu. Everything is separated so if you wanted salmon you would have to pay extra to add vegetables etc. I would only go there if I was with a big crowd so you can just get different things and share them with everone. The favorite thing about this restaurant is the view. It looks over the Lion's Gate bridge and I was lucky enough to be out on the night of the Celebration of Lights and the view from the restaurant was perfect, you can see everything while enjoying a yummy dinner.

( I had a Shirly Temple and it was so good!)

(Vancouver's Festival of lights Brazil, view from the patio of the restaurant)

The next day we went to Stanley Park for the day and my sister and I rented some bikes in English Bay and rode through the Park TWICE! Stanley Park is massive so that is pretty cool (to me). I think this is one of the things you have to do if you are visiting Vancouver or live there, it was a beautiful view and an amazing adventure trying to ride bikes through it all.

(Some pictures through Stanley Park)

Wait! I am not done yet!! I stopped by the gift shop at Pan Pacific and picked up these awesome sunglasses for $20 CAD! I wanted a pair of this style for awhile and finally found a pair for a great price and they do a great job blocking the sun!

(Waking up to this, I could get used to that)

These images were taken with my phone (please don't mind the quality) I forgot my camera at home. These were taken with Instagram ( Add me at pattylove ) I posted random but cool pictures! I hope you guys enjoyed this "Travel" blog. It was kind of different for me but I gotta spice things up!
