Graduation!
All my hard work has payed off! Yesterday was my last day at school and my graduation! It was an amazing and hard ten months, but I am so happy and proud of myself that I am done now and sent off to the real world.
"So whether you dream of true love, or success, Of knowledge, world travel, or sweet, simple pleasures, believe in your hopes and your heartfelt desires, and follow their pathway to wonderful treasure."
Today, I spent this amazing day with my mom celebrating even more and the day isn't even over yet! My outfit, I kept simple and a little more on the warmer side because of the cloudy weather today.
I wore my pink silk collared shirt from Jacob for $15.00CAD and my floral trousers from H&M for $10.00CAD. We were walking around a lot so I wore my favorite comfy studded flats from Nine West for $30.00US.
The silk shirt is normally a long baggy shirt, but I just buttoned it half way to make it a cute crop top for high-waist-ed bottoms.
I just added a little choker I got as a gift to add a little final touch. You gotta add some love to your outfit sometimes.
My dog always likes to join in on the fun sometimes!
I hope you enjoyed this look!
Look out for a YouTube post coming soon!

Blah Blah Sunday OOTD
The sun has gone away for a little bit and left us with some clouds in the sky. It was still quite warm out so that was still a nice thing. Today's outfit was put together with my yellow blazer being the focal point.
I paired it with a black and cream colored collard tank from H&M for $19.95CAD and my favorite high waist-ed acid wash jeans from American Apparel for $49.99CAD.
I wore this bling bling ring from Aldo for $15.00CAD.
Shoes Shoes Shoes!
I wore my studded flats from Nine West that were $30.00US. These flats are amazing and so comfortable I am starting to wear them more than my TOMS.
I decided to put on some liner today and one of my favorite liquid liners are from MAC. It goes on very black and stays on forever. I like the brush and the way it goes on is effortless. My lips are Giorgio Armani 40.
I hope you enjoyed this post and have an amazing week fashionista's!

Love of Vintage
I posted a blog about some things I bought from Value Village. Now I am going to show you how I would style those amazing things I found with a touch of "love".
This patterned shirt I found, I fell in love the instant I saw it. The design and fit is amazing and at $7.00CAD, there is nothing wrong with it.
Having such a patterned shirt you want to pair it with plain designs to complement the patterns. I paired the shirt with a plain grey tank top from Off The Wall for $14.00CAD and my favorite pair of high waist-ed leather shorts from H&M for $29.95CAD. If you are feeling a bit chilly you can always add a pair of tights under your shorts to make the outfit even more stylish. I got these lace tights from Le Chateau for $12.00CAD. I am starting to wear my black converse more because they are comfortable and easy to put on and I'm noticing that they can go with a lot of different styles than my regular ankle boots.
Now for a little sunshine...
Color blocking is in style right now and I see it EVERYWHERE! When I found this blazer the color stood out the most for me and pairing it with these blue shorts made the color stand out even more.
I do have to say I love my color...
My rings! The one on my middle finger is my favorite and would be a great weapon if you are going out anywhere. Both rings are from Aldo and they both were $12.99CAD.
These are just some easy ways to style some vintage finds.

Vintage Love
School is coming to an end and I am very excited for what comes after. I have my final next week and had to do some shopping for my final "look". My friend and I stopped by Value Village and actually found some pretty interesting things. Our little shopping spree turned into a 80's fest of two little rich girls trying on a bunch of funny clothes with Cindi Lauper playing in the background. Any way, I found these two shirts that I surprisingly liked.
I found this "jumper" in the blazer section and found that it fit really nice. It is baggy on me but I can wear it with a lot of things and it is great for fall.
The detail on this shirt is beautiful. I love the gold trim it has on the end and the pattern is some of the patterns I see in style right now. There was shoulder pads on the inside but I just cut them off to have a more simple look and I didn't want massive shoulders.
I also found this yellow blazer that has built in shoulder pads that I did not take out. I tried it on and it fits like a glove and actually looks nice with the shoulder pads. I love the bright yellow and it looks amazing on then on the hanger (trust me, you would be surprised).
The detail on this blazer is manly focused on the buttons. These unique silver buttons actually what caught me to this blazer and I like the look of them.
So, you never know what you will find thrift shopping and the deals are always amazing. These two shirts were under $20CAD and your fashion will be unique. Don't be embarrassed about where you shop or what the brand is, yes those things are nice but you never know what you could find and being your self is more beautiful then "who" you are wearing!
I hope you enjoyed these finds!

Flying With Freedom
Hello everyone! I hope everyone had a wonderful week, I know I did! This past week has been really hot and summer has been great over here in Vancouver this year. I finally got a chance to wear some of the things I bought out of the house and I am obsessed with this blouse I bought.
I found this blouse at Forever21 for $25.00CAD. This shirt is really airy and comfortable to wear even on those sunny days. I love this shirt because for me I can wear it all year round and make a lot of use out of it.
I paired this shirt with some baggy (skirt like) pants also from Forever21 for $24.00CAD. I bought these pants last winter season but I still see them around and they are so comfortable so these pants are a must!
I paired it with just some studded flats from Nine West for $30.00US.
You gotta love rings! I absolutely love them and I am starting to wear them again. The big one is from Aldo for $12.00CAD and the other ones are from H&M in a pack for $6.95CAD.
I also wore this Bestey Johnson Bracelet I got as a gift.
My makeup was natural today. I recently got a new mascara ( Cover Girl Lash Blast Volume Mascara) and this mascara has been the best one I have used so far. It gives me tons of volume and lasts all day for me. My lips are Scarlet from a "Best Sellers Lip Palette" by Bobby Brown. My eye shadow is Vex by MAC.
I hope you enjoyed this look!

Another Summer Haul
I did some shopping for the past few weeks and decided to show some new things I found! It is almost time for fall and "back to school" shopping is everywhere. Fall clothing is my favorite season for style and I am loving what the stores are getting in stock.
I found this really cute bird printed collared shirt from Forever21 for $25.00CAD. I love the flow to this shirt and the bat wings for the sleeves. For me it is a perfect length it is not too long and not too short. I am 5'4 so that probably makes a difference. This shirt is great for going into fall because it is a long sleeve and has a great print that you can easily pair with anything!
My next buy I think everyone should add to their closet, a jean shirt. I found this shirt at Winners Ralph Lauren for $39.99CAD. The price I wasn't so happy about but the shirt fits my body really well and I like the feel of it so I thought it ended up being a good purchase.
This is so easy to put over some shorts and a top or tuck it in with a pair of jeans. A jean collared shirt can easily go with anything and adds some style to your closet.
I love the detail on this shirt and how it already looks worn out and the color is a little faded, and don't be scared to add jean on jean it turns out to be a really cute outfit!
I have been looking for a hat like this for a while and I finally found it at H&M for $14.95CAD. This is great for the fall time to add something more to your outfit or just having a bad hair day.
(Another view of the hat)
My last find were these amazing skirts from H&M for only $6.95CAD each. In the basic's section of H&M these skirts are made from cotton and so comfortable to wear. The length is perfect and there are so many different prints and colors to choose from.
I got a mustard yellow color and a stripe one just to have some choice when I want to wear one of these amazing skirts.
I hope you enjoyed these finds and it always pays off to do some bargain shopping, you never know what you will find. Even though some of the stores are huge, it pays off taking your time and looking around.

Lovely Vancouver
I recently was in Vancouver for two days and had an amazing time! My aunt came down from Australia and my family and I decided to stay a night in the Pan Pacific Hotel in a beautiful suite. Lets just say that hotel is amazing and I would love to go back there some day and recommend any tourist to stay there!
(The view from my room)
I absolutely love the night life in Vancouver and I had an amazing time with my family there. We went to Granville Island and ate at Bridges. The food was really good but the thing that was a little confusing was their menu. Everything is separated so if you wanted salmon you would have to pay extra to add vegetables etc. I would only go there if I was with a big crowd so you can just get different things and share them with everone. The favorite thing about this restaurant is the view. It looks over the Lion's Gate bridge and I was lucky enough to be out on the night of the Celebration of Lights and the view from the restaurant was perfect, you can see everything while enjoying a yummy dinner.
( I had a Shirly Temple and it was so good!)
(Vancouver's Festival of lights Brazil, view from the patio of the restaurant)
The next day we went to Stanley Park for the day and my sister and I rented some bikes in English Bay and rode through the Park TWICE! Stanley Park is massive so that is pretty cool (to me). I think this is one of the things you have to do if you are visiting Vancouver or live there, it was a beautiful view and an amazing adventure trying to ride bikes through it all.
(Some pictures through Stanley Park)
Wait! I am not done yet!! I stopped by the gift shop at Pan Pacific and picked up these awesome sunglasses for $20 CAD! I wanted a pair of this style for awhile and finally found a pair for a great price and they do a great job blocking the sun!
(Waking up to this, I could get used to that)
These images were taken with my phone (please don't mind the quality) I forgot my camera at home. These were taken with Instagram ( Add me at pattylove ) I posted random but cool pictures! I hope you guys enjoyed this "Travel" blog. It was kind of different for me but I gotta spice things up!
